Where to Learn
A compendium of resources to learn new skillsets and mindsets
Many people ask me where I learnt about stuff. Digital, coding and social media and more.
Here are some of the sites and sources I recommend if you want to learn new things.
Newsletters
A lot of what I read and learn these days comes from newsletters I subscribe to. Here are my favourites.
I’ve highlighted the main topic of the newsletter, but part of why I love these newsletters is because they share tidbits and goodies about just about anything under the sun. Best part – they also don’t try to sell you anything.
(Pro tip: add to VIP on IOS Mail so you get them in a separate mailbox).
- James Clear – Habits
- Brian Clark: Further.net – Health, wealth, and personal growth resources for Generation X
- Tim Ferriss – 5 Bullet Friday
- Nat Eliason – Monday Medley Newsletter
- Farnam Street by Shane Parrish – Brain Food newsletter, mental models
- Casey Newton: The Interface – Facebook, social networks, democracy
- Austin Kleon – Creativity
- Ryan Holiday – Reading List
